About
Hi I'm Isabel,
Hi, I’m Isabel, the heart behind Sololi. I’ve always been in love with colors, fabrics, and the stories they tell. Sololi began in 2016 as a way to share that love with the world, but it has since grown into something much more—a celebration of culture, craftsmanship, and community.
My first trip to Mexico sparked a deep connection that has become the foundation of Sololi, but over the years, we’ve evolved. We’ve found our niche, sourcing fabric for our hair accessories from Mexico, Guatemala, and Peru. Our recycled totes are made in Oaxaca in collaboration with inmates, creating something beautiful while supporting meaningful change. Every piece we offer is carefully crafted and ethically sourced to not only bring joy to you but also to give back to the people and communities who make them possible.
As Sololi has grown, so has my mission. Today, my journey with breast cancer has added a new layer to what I do. I’m deeply committed to raising breast cancer awareness and supporting those navigating this difficult road. Through Sololi, I’m dedicated to giving back—to the artisans we collaborate with, to undocumented students in the Hudson Valley, and now, to those affected by breast cancer. Your support allows us to keep pushing forward with love and purpose.
When I’m not sourcing fabrics or working closely with our artisans, you’ll find me tending to my plants, cooking for my family, or watching a movie with my husband and our two daughters in New York. Running Sololi from my home has always been a labor of love, and every order comes from the heart.
Thank you for being here and being part of our story. When you shop with Sololi, you’re supporting much more than just a brand—you’re uplifting communities, raising awareness, and spreading love and resilience.
Abrazos,
